if you're interested in history, or true crime, this is a good book to get. while you don't get extremely in depth for every case, it gives enough insight into each to know if you want to look into other books about a particular subject.

If you’re looking for in-depth dives into assassination attempts throughout history, then this is not the book for you. The book covers some of the more high-profile assassination attempts, giving short descriptions of both the targets and the assassins themselves, along with the weapon of choice and judicial outcomes. Overall, a great book to pick just for being easy to read and follow.
