A Story From the Heart . . .

Journalist Raelynn is sent to Frosty Pines by her boss Henry at The Sunrise Observer to find some way of acquiring Weston Robbin's tree farm. That makes no sense to her, and he won’t explain further beyond telling her to dig up information on the owner, investigate his history and expose his secrets. The land has been in his family for many generations, so she didn’t expect it to be stolen from someone else. But Henry insisted she is being sent to “dig up dirt” so someone else who deserves the land gets it. She is uncomfortable with the assignment but does not want to lose her job by refusing, as he has already assured her he could ruin her career. (His smirk alone would make me quit on the spot!)

Weston is struggling with his Christmas tree farm, trying to expand it so that he can pay the back taxes his dad left him when he passed the farm to him 5 years ago. Weston’s goal was to make the farm a year-long attraction, so the payment plan for the tax debt didn’t leave much profit for investing in expansion. When a customer arrives, Weston is surprised at the feelings that arise as soon as she shakes his hand and introduces herself. But when Raelynn confessed she was here for a story, she couldn’t look him in the eyes and he knew something was “off”. Will she dig up his alleged secrets? Will he help her overcome her dislike of Christmas? Will the kind, generous, good-hearted man, who put his heart into everything he did, find out why she is really there and be forced to walk away from what had started between them?

Raelynn is a journalist in Chicago, sent on assignment to Frosty Pines, Montana, to find dirt on a Weston who runs a Christmas tree farm. If she does not find dirt, she will lose her job and more. She arrives and meets Weston right away and they get to know each other. Two hearts that are hurt and need some cheer.
Loved all the characters, from the main two to the coffee shop and B&B. The backstories, personalities and determination all strong and resilient. The storyline is heartwarming as their hearts start to heal and close friendships are made. When the ultimatum comes down, she makes a big decision that will make or break her future. The ending is perfect and will make you cry.

Sweet, clean romance. Part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone.

Raelynn comes to Frosty Pines to get information for her boss about Weston's tree farm. She doesn't feel right about this but is afraid to lose her job. She is an up and coming journalist. Weston's tree farm has been in the family for generations and he doesn't want to lose it. Once Weston meets Raelynn, he starts to have feelings for her as she does him. Will this secret blow what chance they have with each other?

Cute characters and a sweet love story. It's a serious but sweet story. You'll laugh in parts and the author writes well to bring you into the story and not want to put the book down. An easy read.

Raelynn is a journalist trying to make it on her own with no family. Then she is given an assignment to uncover dirt on the owner of a Christmas tree farm in Frosty Pines. Her boss makes it clear that she either finds the dirt or he will make sure she never gets another job. So Raelynn arrives in Frosty Pines with a heavy heart. As she gets to know the town and Weston, the owner of the Christmas tree farm, Raelynn comes to love them all. Then Raelynn tells Weston why she really came to Frosty Pines and he reacts badly. Raelynn decides that she would rather live in Frosty Pines and takes actions that will protect Weston's farm and start up a newspaper. Can Weston get over his hurt and allow the love they feel for each other to grow?

When I saw this book on review it caught my eye because I love Christmas time. This book did not disappoint it made me imagine Christmas time and snow and love! Ruby did a good job of making Raelynn face her past and have to deal with the holiday she hates the most. It was a sweet clean romance in a small town that will make your heart smile. I loved how the author made sure the bad guy got what he deserved too. I would recommend this book to my friends especially at Christmas time or if they wanted to think about Christmas time.

One of the strangest assignments Raelynn has gotten as a journalist is to "dig up dirt" on a Christmas Tree Farm so that the land can be taken from the current owner, Weston. Her boss won't give her any details, but she must comply or lose her job.

Weston is doing his best to make Christmas Tree Farm profitable, including implementing a year round program. Unfortunately, he is still paying back taxes from when his father ran the farm.

Weston is attracted to Raelynn, but gets the feeling she's hiding something. Will Raelynn find whatever secrets her boss thinks Weston is hiding?.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Raelynn and Weston. He runs the Christmas tree farm in Frosty Pines. She's a journalist from Chicago tasked with reporting on Weston's farm and how to get it from him. Not a task she's looking forward to. But once she gets to Frosty Pines, she realizes her mistake. Weston falls for her easily but when her secret is revealed, he second guesses their connection.

Love at the Christmas Tree Farm is book six and a great addition to the Frosty Pines Christmas series. Raelyn is a journalist, and her boss gives her a new assignment; go to Frosty Pines and discover any information so he can’t get the land from a man there.
Weston is running his family business now that his father has retired. He is a good and honest man and works hard to pay her father’s back taxes.
Raelyn doesn’t feel comfortable with her boss’s assignment. There is something weird about it.
A magical Christmas story, fun to read and very romantic. I had a really good time reading this story.

Raelynn works as a newspaper reporter and when her boss threatens her that if she doesn’t do as he wishes, she will loose her job. He wants her to investigate Weston and his tree farm and make sure he looks bad so he has to sell. Raelynn isn’t a Christmas fan, but once she gets to Frosty Pines she meets so many wonderful people and finds out Weston is a great guy and she can’t do the story her boss wants.

This book was so sweet, enjoyable, easy to read and well written. I loved how the attraction between Weston and Raelynn was written with so many sparks. The setting is perfect for Christmas. The storyline was entertaining and had just enough drama to keep things interesting with some welcome humor as well.

This was the 5th book in the series of Frosty Pine Christmas. It was a perfect ending of the series to end at the Christmas Tree Farm. This story celebrated awakenings and joy and sometimes even sorrow. Loved how this book flowed and how it all came together for the perfect ending.
