I am just very sad that this book hasn't been republished and bound.

I found it at covenanter.org site and it is truly a gem!

Disagreed with the author on a few points about U.S State constitutions and should be uploading a blog post soon about it.

This shorty work articulates Covenanter political theology. Wylie's essay is important because it proved to be widely-read, and prompted a well-known rebuttal from a sitting congressman.
