Passion, Victoria #2

Toni's Reluctance

Rate this book
[Siren Menage Everlasting: Erotic Menage a Trois Romance, M/F/M, light consensual BDSM, spanking, sex toys, HEA]

Antonia Cameron is part owner of a coffee shop in the country town of Passion in Victoria, Australia, with her sister, Natasha. She is being courted by two new residents, Ben and Jack Landon, the owners of the new adult shop, which is across the road from Toni's shop. The two brothers are persistent with their courting of Toni. They can see she has feelings and desire for them whenever she looks at them. Toni has built a wall around her heart, as her one and only experience with a man led to her being physically and emotionally hurt. Ben and Jack need to break through the walls she has encased herself in without hurting her physically or psychologically in the process. Everything begins going downhill when the brothers realize in their arrogance, they have probably burnt their bridges and have no hope of having a relationship with the woman of their dreams. NOTE: This book was previously published at 30,000 words under the name Becky Wilde with another publisher. This version has been extensively revised and expanded to 40,000 words.

My name is Becky Wilde, also known as Becca Van.

I have written over 100 books under the pseudonym of Becca Van and decided it was time for a change. I am now writing and self-publishing under the pseudonym of Becky Wilde under Whimsical Words Publishing.

I live in the southern state of Victoria in Australia. I have been married to my husband for almost 34 years and though we’ve had our ups and downs like any normal couple, we’re still going strong.

We have two adult children, a girl and a boy whom we love dearly.

Australia is a vast country with tropical forests, vast deserts, and sweeping plains. Due to the lack of water and vast aridity, a large part of the country is uninhabitable, and most of the population lives along the coastlines. Although Australia can be harsh, I find it to be a wonderful country.

I love my country, the changing landscapes and the friendly people.

Whimsical Words Publishing

As I am no longer writing under the pseudonym of Becca Van. I have returned to my original pseudonym of Becky Wilde.

When I told my man I wanted to self-publish he immediately started researching how to do this.
I am lucky because he did an internet marketing course a while ago and thanks to his knowledge we decided to create our own publishing platform.

Whimsical Words Publishing whimsicalwordspublishing.com

For the moment we are just publishing only my work on this website but who knows what will happen in the future.

We will also be publishing on Amazon, Kobo and Barnes and Noble.

I invite you all to accompany me on my journey of creating new books and venturing into self-publishing. I am excited to share my progress and updates with you through my monthly newsletters.

Stay safe, sane, happy and healthy.
Love Becky Wilde xxoo.

Oh boy... or should I say Boyssss. Brothers, Jack and Ben, move to Passion Victoria after hearing that poly-amorous relationships are accepted there. They open a sex shop right across the street from a coffee cafe. Who owns the cafe, but 2 sisters. One of sisters, Toni, is a match made in heaven for Jack and Ben. Of course, Toni, has been hurt before in an abusive relationship, does not see/want to admit to said match, and is well able to take care of herself (or so she thinks). BOOM! In walk the brothers, alpha/dominant/not willing to take no for an answer. They flirt, connive and try to (reasonably in their minds) convince Toni that they belong together. Toni gets her back up and when that doesn't work, goes for avoidance. The men are having none of that, kidnap her (not really), take her home, tie her to the bed and proceed to convince her that they all belong together. Total guilty pleasure!~ At the end, there is a good intro to book 3, Tash's Story. Two things.. Since the men own a sex-toy shop, I would have liked to see more of said toys (there is one scene) and again, editing is an issue.

Spoiler Alert:

When I think about this story and what Toni went through and her reactions to the Landon brothers. She acted more like a rape victim and technically that is probably what she is as she did tell he ex-boyfriend 'no' more than once and he still pushed for and had sex with her. Becca did a nice job writing in this particular story if that was the direction she wanted us to go, she was very subtle with it but it makes sense, with Toni's trust issues and the fact she had not had a date since the one event, the poor girl was so bottled up it was no wonder she had a melt down.

Becca Van is one of my favorite writers and I know that any of her books that I have read so far I will read again and I happy to say that this book did not disappoint either.

Very interesting story. I enjoyed the setting and the character development. I have always enjoyed reading this author in her other series and this one is no different. I can't wait to read the rest of this series.

Toni is reluctant to go out with Ben and Jack. She is busy working her coffee shop with her sister. They finally convince her to go out with them, things happen that could almost keep them apart forever.

So about this book!
It was ok, it could have been better. Why do I say this?
Ok!
Toni was a little bit agressive with them. It was like a dog chasing it's own tail over and over!
Until he caught it!
Ben and Jack were persistent and in the end they had what they wanted!
The part of the story I didn't like was when Toni told them about her situation and then Jack turned and fled!
But then everything was ok!
