✨ARC Review✨

One look at each other while in the elevator is how it all started. Then they both stepped out on the same top floor with meetings back to back.

Cara is a hard worker but looking to add some fun to her life after dealing with a controlling ex who wanted to have all the fun but would not let her join in or share her. She put off to the whole BSDM world.

Jude always has women throwing themselves at him but he finds out that sometimes you have to try new things. Once he finds Cara in the same club as him. He takes advantage of it.

“One orgasm. That’s all I’m offering. You came here for a reason tonight, didn’t you? Let me service you. If you don’t like it, you can stop anytime. I’m not keeping you. But you might regret passing up the best cunnilingus of your life.”

When she finds out it’s him who is pleasing her. She can’t be seen with their business firm rival

This short novella was a nicely written little snippet into the life of a femdom relationship and how they can start with the most unexpected people.

A couple draw backs for me that kept me from enjoying it to my full potential was the formatting of the parenthesis and how the chapter titles were laid out. That doesn’t take from the rating of this book.

What does however take from the rating is that for me atleast it isn’t memorable. Nothing stood out as something I would jump to recommend to someone.

Over all it was a decent novella.

This enemies to lovers book is about Jude and Cara, who met while competing for a new client in the architecture business. They cross paths again later after at a sex club. This is where the spice happens! I loved these two and their chemistry. I enjoyed Jude trying new kinks!

This is a fast and spicy read. I do wish the book was longer, as I felt there were lots of unanswered questions.

I enjoyed all five (standalone) short stories in this Femdom Origins collection. In Book 3, Cara doesn't want her sexual dominance to cause problems in her career as a senior architect. But Jude (employed by the rival architect company) sure has Cara on his mind.

These guys (in this Femdom set of stories) may not be the super-dominant alphas in the relationship but they sure know what they want and are willing to do anything their queen asks. Their sexy, dominant woman really knows how to get them to behave obediently. That sounds beautiful to me 💥 😈.

Never read this type of book but enjoyed where the roles are reversed and especially coming from a guy like Jude who runs a company and is a dominant. Jude actually learns that he likes being dominated instead.

I enjoyed this story, it was my first femdom read. M Kay Noir keeps it short & easy to read in one sitting. I hope to see much more of Cara and Jude's story but I'll definitely be checking out M Kay's other work too! It is always so great to see BDSM dynamics with consent, boundaries, and still maintaining that playfulness. Thank you so much for the opportunity to read this.
Keep in mind that this is a short and quick read which was new to me but I still loved it, so some minor details are left out but it's not any key element at all, it's not missing the spice that's for sure.
M Kay is talented and sharing a gentle femdom POV was so refreshing. 🖤

Cara and Jude, the 2 main characters, meet while competing for a new client in the architecture-business. They start off as rivals, but meet again in a sex-club. What follows is yours to discover ;)
It would be 5⭐️ if the story was a bit longer. I feel like the story ended in the middle of Cara&Jude’s story. I would’ve loved to know who got the contract, if James actually made his threats true and how Cara&Jude’s relationship evolves (if there is one to begin with).
Other than that it was a quick and hot read.

This was a very well done steamy short. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because it introduces conflict but doesn’t resolve it. An epilogue would have tied everything up neatly. Jude and Cara are great characters, the story is told from dual points of view and allows depth despite the length. Jude surrenders to Cara because he feels safe with her and with her he can just be. Worth the read, just wish the conflict was resolved.

Cara and Jude, the lead characters, meet as rivals competing for a contract. When they next meet, masked at a BDSM club, Jude offers to serve Cara, though she doesn’t know it’s him until she finishes. Then he follows her, enjoying the change from his normal in charge role of following her lead. Cara is also enjoying the switch from her normal role. But they do need to reconcile their work obligations with their personal relationship…

This short story is dual POV, well written, and a tempting, spicy BDSM tale leaving the reader wanting more. I enjoyed how both characters were changing role and that it was something new for them both to explore. I enjoyed the erotic intimacy and that Jude was giving more. I would like something longer but this was definitely a hot read.

If I’m being totally honest, I had no idea what femdom would be, I didn’t really think about it at all honestly. I went into it complete blind. It was a fast, fun read. It was a little cheesy but not bad. & I also liked that a HEA wasn’t forced into it, the way some short reads force it into the ending.

I adored this.
It was a beautiful short story.
It's a perfect entry-level into k!nk - and knk relationships. Although this is fast-paced - with a speed-up time frame, it worked amazingly, nothing felt too rushed or unrealistic.

I love the dynamic switch both characters went through. I love a powerful man on his knees, begging for relief.

I would have liked to the scenes to contain more details, it felt as if they ended before they began.

I am excited to read more of M.Kay Noir's stories.

Cara and Jude's companies are both vying for a big project. They didn't expect to see each other in a special club. And from there on they start to get closer to each other. But Cara's boss, Jude's ex-friend and ex-businesspartner, threatens Jude to stay away from her or face the consequences. Despite not being allowed to get closer to each other, they can't seem to stay away.

This novella is a short read. I liked the book but I found it a pity that Cara's boss made a threat, but then didn't find out about it. It was a missed opportunity for a big obstacle that Jude and Cara, as a couple, should overcome.

After an encounter, Jude can't seem to stay away from Cara and her domineering ways. Jude likes to give Cara control so he can just let go.

A different kind of dynamic than I am used to, but it was interesting.

One will submit but which one will it be? You’d be surprised by the outcome! I really enjoyed reading this story. It was short and hot. I cannot wait to read the next book by M. Kay Noir!
