It only takes a second, a fraction of a second, to forever change your life. That moment happened to me years ago. I did something you can’t take back, and I’d do it again. It’s a secret I’ll take to my grave—which is probably sooner rather than later—and that’s okay. I live with my choices.

Three things I’ve learned—bad things happen to good people, life isn’t fair, and the bad guy doesn’t get the girl. And I’m most definitely the bad guy.

I’ve always made my own decisions. I’ve never apologized for them, and I never will. Regret is an emotion I’ve never had to face.

Until now. Until her.

She once told me that what I did, killing people for a living, wasn’t good for my soul. I told her I was beyond saving. The truth is that I’m not worth saving. Not anymore.

But when I look in her eyes, I wish I was the man she deserves, the man she loves.

My brother.

Kade surprised me in so many ways.

Cuz I'm a Team Blane girl. And Kade...

Well, Kade's a

VODKA DRINKING

COCKY, CONFIDENT, ARROGANT

JERK???

Actually, he might be those things, but he's so much more than that. The Kade Dennon that I thought I was reading about throughout the series, had more secrets than I thought possible.

Of course his attraction to Kathleen was transparent, but the things that he went through with Blane and FOR Blane, I was really stunned. And I changed my mind and really began to see the reason why Kathleen had started to fall for him. Why it was hard for her to deny that maybe there was more between them even when she was supposed to be with Blane, the "better" brother?

We know Kade's past was not an easy one. We know he rarely talked about it. What we didn't know about was the part of his past with Blane before Kathleen. What was Kade like before there was a "Blane & Kathleen"? Blane was the hero, the white knight. Can Kade really be the heroic black knight? Does he even want to be?

Kade's Turn is not written like Turn on a Dime - Blane's Turn. I assumed there would be stories from his childhood, but that's not the Kade we need to know about. Tiffany did Kade justice in telling the parts of Kade that made him who he was when Kathleen met him. He was not perfect, yet all the broken pieces of him fit together perfectly into the Kade that stood by the people in his life that mattered the most.

As with other books out there written in an alternate POV, you'll read some scenes that were in the other books. I liked reading them from Kade's POV and knowing what he was thinking when certain things happened. Being a reader who has reread this series several times, I was not disappointed to have more added to those particular scenes.

What I learned from Kade's Turn, is that Kade, was actually likable. The way he was towards Kathleen and Blane throughout the series, he had a reason and a purpose to be that guy. He has loyal qualities, he has honorable qualities, and he actually grew on me so much more than I anticipated. Sure, I never HATED Kade. I just didn't want him to get the girl. And now, I'm not even mad that he did.

I hope those readers who were upset after Point of No Return with Kade and the ending, will give this read a chance. It is written in true Tiffany Snow fashion and engaged me with the romance and the suspense. I was fanning myself in some scenes and would quickly turn to the next page to find out what was going to happen. I am still saddened to reach the end of this series, and will always list this as one of my favorites.

I don't always read companion novels. Not for any particular reason though. But if you have read any of my other reviews of this series you know that I think it was FANTASTIC. And you will also know that right from the get go I was Team Kade. And well that really is the only reason I was super excited to get my hands on this book.

I can’t say much more than what I have already said in my other reviews other than I LOVED being in Kade’s head. I never questioned his feelings he had for both Kathleen and Blane but this book solidified everything for me.

Experiencing the sweet moments, funny moments and intense moments through his eyes was just another perfect addition to this series. I also loved getting more insight on his relationship with Blane. Though my heart was always with Kade, this book showed some of his flaws and gave a different feel to what Blane was going through too.

Kade's Turn was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to those who have read the entire series or at least through book #2 Turn to Me.

I just can't seem to get over my complete and utter adoration for this series. I'm devastated that this is the last book (for me) in the Kathleen Turner series, a series that changed my outlook on love triangles, changed my opinion on bad boys and good boys and damsels in distress, a series that came out of NOWHERE and bowled me over. I don't think I've obsessed this much over a series since Karen Marie Moning's Fever series gave me Mac and Barrons.

Love triangles aren't for everyone. It still slays me why people who don't like love triangles would pick this series up and then be surprised when **gasp** the heroine has to date two men at once!!! Hmmmm...what'dya thin was coming, hmmm? Me, I love it! This is my kind of escapist fantasy high-angst right here.

And what makes this series so unique is that I'd have honestly been happy with either Blane OR Kade. They're both just that wonderful.

In this particular book, we get a lot of insider information on Kade, obviously. Is it because Tiffany Snow wanted us to root for the lose of the triangle in whatever is to come in his future, or is it so that we can all get some insight into the more mysterious of the two brothers, the guy who walks away with the girl? You've got to read Point of No Return to find out, but I can tell you with no shame and with no hesitation that this book and Turn on a Dime - Blane's Turn, though novella length, both pack enough of a punch that they get a huge ten stars from me. I have a hard time rating novellas very high, namely because they usually have little to do with the plotline that I'm following, but in this case, these two extras aren't only companions, they are essential reads, in my opinion. It just goes to show the staggering talent of Snow that she has made so many readers love both her men so voraciously. By book five, I'm usually looking for the end to a story, but I can say without a doubt, this is one of those series that I'd never want to end, ever. Like...ever. Give me ten, twenty, fifty more, Tiffany. I'm down.

"Sometimes Knights Wear Black"

Turn on a dime- Kade's Turn is a companion novel to book two of the series, Turn to Me. If someone is new to the series, you are safe to read this book as long as you've read through book two. This was perfect for me, because not only am I in love with Kade forever, book two was my favorite of the series.

There were some sweet revelations and moments that I loved re-living, but storyline wise for the most part this was pretty repetitive. I still felt the butterflies at my favorite moments and loved reading Kade's thoughts. My favorite moment in the book was by far the scene with the shoes, it was even better the second time around. There is something irresistible about this vulnerable bad boy.

"Trust is hard earned, princess, and I didn't mean to break the little trust you had in me."

"I also know that the last thing you want to do is trust someone," he said, "because everyone you've ever loved has left you. And I know this because we're the same, you and me."

Gah! I would have jumped him, I don't know how she had that willpower! I think that is one of the most sexual tension filled scenes I've ever read.

"And the next time I see you in those shoes, they'll be the only thing you're wearing."

Overall, I think Kade fans would enjoy this book, It was fun to spend time with one of my all time favorite book boyfriends:) I don't usually read companion novels, because I don't like to re-read things, but I'm willing to make an exception for Dex or Kade.

If you like thrillers with a lot's of romance then this series is for you! It's action packed with hot alpha males, and oh they are brothers too! I have been extremely obsessed with this series, and the reason for it is because Kade Kade Kade!!! Now this book is a companion book for book two of The Kathleen Turner Series, and if you have been on a deserted island and have not heard of this book series then your absolutely missing out!

I will put my favourite Kade's moments on August 25, but it truly will not disappoint, in fact I want more and more. Can we get more please?? The emotion of how Kade saw Kathleen will melt and accelerate your heart at the same time. Sometimes it got funny because of Kades POV got you thinking when it was Kathleen POV and why she was acting nervous around him and had a talent to make her squirm when he truly wanted too. I love his character. Even though at times he was cruel, mean and downright a jackass to Kathleen, he has his reasons and it also will explain why he was acting out that way, or why he chose his path of being the bad guy. So many unanswered questions you would of had while reading the First two books.

This series really does have everything, romance, action, mysteries, love triangles, alpha males, and strong willed main character named Kathleen. If anyone who deserves credit for bringing the Kathleen series alive is Tiffany Snow, she is pure-freaking genius. I would love to see this series on a screen! Kathleen Turner series is a Must read, it will not disappoint!

Well, what can I tell you that hasn’t already been told in the pages of Turn To Me? The story hasn’t changed, but baby, the perspective sure has. Le Sigh….. Kade, Kade, Kade; my emotionally broken and perpetually angry Kade. He starts to feel for someone other than his brother. The spark of lust, love, and longing is so painfully sweet that it is incredibly hard to put this book down. It is a deeper look into the man that stole Kathleen’s heart. We also get to see into things Kathleen had no knowledge of. More into the relationship of these two brothers and the sacrifices that was made to keep one safe.

Seeing Kathleen through the eyes of Kade has me wanting to start this series all over again. Knowing how he feels and the emotions behind his actions…. GAH!! Kade has settled in my heart, and after reading Kade’s Turn he is there to stay. Funny, snarky, and sexy as hell, what more can a girl ask for?

A perfect cherry on top of an amazing series!

Fans of Kathleen Turner need to read this. I had been Team Kade since Blaine made the error of believing his uncle’s lies, but I always had my doubts about Blaine anyway. I know fans of these series were/are either Team Kade or Team Blane.

I know many saw Kade as a cocky jerk, but I loved seeing how he changed. What his feelings were when Kathleen and he first met, when Blane and Kathleen were together. Anyway, as I mentioned in all my previous reviews this is my favorite romantic suspense series. I usually hate love triangles byt Tiffany Snow is such an amazing writer that I was unable to walk away when things took that route.
I think that this book should have come out before the final Kathleen Turner book, but I enjoyed it anyway. I am so sad to see this series come to an end.

If you've read No Turning Back and Turn to Me, you'll want to read Kade's Turn. It's the second companion book in the Kathleen Turner Series. An opportunity to experience Kade's perspective, and what an insight that is!

Kade Dennon is a ruthless, cynical, arrogant and dangerous man. Not how you normally describe the guy who ended up winning the girl's heart. He manages to keep his caring and protective side well hidden from view. Kathleen somehow manages to scratch away the surface of his steely facade to reveal a man who has a weakness for her. In turn, Kade doesn't foresee Kathleen seeing beyond his piercing blue eyes.

Blane and Kade's relationship is put under the spotlight too... secrets are kept and sacrifices are made. An incident acts as the catalyst to a chain of events, that in turn shapes the future for both brothers. The guys may not look physically alike, but we see many shared, family character traits, making them more similar than previously thought. I've always loved the interaction between the two of them and Tiffany sure takes that to an interesting level in this book ;-)

I now appreciate and love Kade more than before, understanding why Kathleen became attracted to this complex guy and why he is drawn to her. For the record I am still very much a Blane Kirk badge wearing girl. A fact that hasn't prevented me from thoroughly enjoying this book. I hope that those left disappointed after reading Point of No Return will take a chance and re-read this part of the story from Kade's point of view.

I'm now filled with sadness. Sad because it is the end of an era. Two years of living the highs and lows in the lives of Kathleen, Blane and Kade have come to an end :'(

Lastly, Whether you are Team Kade, Team Blane or a fence sitter, both Kade's Turn and Blane's Turn offer fans of The Kathleen Series new dimensions into our favourite characters lives. Therefore, I highly recommend both books as “Must read” add-ons to this fabulous series.

"Sometimes knights wear black."

I'm going to be completely honest by saying I am not a huge fan of alternative POV books. They seem to rehash the same material as the original with nothing new to add to the story, normally. However, this book is NOT normal. The author gave so much new material and a wonderful and different insight into The Kathleen Turner Series.

This time we get to read from Kade's POV, and let me tell you ladies, if you're already a fan of his then you're going to love him even more after reading this! The book begins when Blane has to put some distance between himself and Kathleen, and Kade is brought in as her bodyguard. It ends when Kade gives Kathleen the locket for Christmas.

I think this is the perfect companion piece to the series. I didn't realize how head over heels Kade was for Kathleen at this point in the story. He was absolutely smitten with her. Gosh, I just really love this man! I wish other book boyfriends could be this swoony.

Another thing Tiffany Snow was able to accomplish with this book was shock the hell out of me! At about the 45% mark my jaw literally dropped, and I was immediately texting my book friends. When I think about it now I still can't believe the author actually went there. I can't wait to read the reactions from other readers.

Fans of The Kathleen Turner series should NOT pass on Turn on a Dime - Kade's Turn. It added so much depth to the beloved series.

“kade had blood on his hands both literally and figuratively. he should no more be allowed to touch her than he should be allowed into heaven—not that he believed in such a place.”

Kade’s Turn is a companion novel to Turn To Me, but it is in no way a re-hash of the same story. Tiffany was able to write a story that still managed to surprise me and that’s hard to do when I’ve read this series at least 5x through. Even knowing what I know after finishing this series, Kade’s Turn still made me swoon like crazy. As hot and cold as Kade comes off, his intentions are still so heroic, especially knowing how hard he tries to resist his growing feelings for Kathleen.

“somehow, someway, he’d fallen for this little slip of a girl with blue eyes and sun-kissed hair. and there wasn’t a damn thing he could do about it.”

As everyone knows (because I wear the badge proudly) I am Team Kade all the way! Ever since I started this series, Kade has always been a mystery to me. Even with his POV in certain deleted scenes on Tiffany’s site, as well as his POV in Point of No Return, Kade never fails to rock my world. In Kade’s Turn we start to see the way things started changing between the three of them. How feelings and actions evolved. How irrevocable these moments would become.

“for the first time in his life, kade lost respect for blane. the way blane had been acting, kade had thought that maybe he saw her as more than just another piece of ass. looked like he’d been wrong.”

I still refuse to let my heart believe that this series is over. I don’t think I could ever get sick of Kade, Kat or Blane. Part of me wishes that Tiffany would write alternate POV’s to all her books (especially Kade’s POV in Out of Turn. Good lawd, that’d be amazing!). But all stories have an end and while I am reluctant to say goodbye to these three incredible characters I am so thankful for books like this that give me more content to re-read when I miss them.

I loved learning more about Kade! He was a hard one to understand and like from strictly Kathleen's POV, so having this insight of a book is extremely enlightening. And, it makes me cross my fingers and hope for that happy ending for his tortured but worthy soul.

I really do like getting Kade and Blane's pov. You definitely learn things about how they were thinking that could change your perception on some things that were revealed in Kathleen's POV. I'm still struggling with the love triangle between brothers who have a special bond. I don't like that she is causing so much tension between them. I think it's just a me thing. Not what I like in my books. I like everything else so I will finish this series because ultimately I'm too curious to know who she ends up with.

This book has surprised me completely, because until here I was firmly on Blane's team. But on this book, which is another outstanding example of how alternative POV "companion" books should be written (with plenty of new material), we find out why Kade left the FBI. And it was not voluntarily, and it was a damn shocker.

Some of the secrets he is keeping are explained, and we get a glimpse of the extent of his sacrifice for his brother. If Blane had any idea of what Kade had been doing for years, to protect him, he would shit a cow. There is nothing these two brothers would not do for each other, and in this sense, this book has reminded of the previous book I have read, with some similar threads,Twin Sacrifice.

Getting to know the mysterious Kade Dennon and his motivations in this book has been a pleasure. And now he seems more than worthy of Kathleen, and it is easy to see how and why she has started to care for him too. This guy is a much more complex character than he's let on up to here. I've completely switched teams now.

Thoroughly enjoyable book, the one I have liked the most in this series so far, despite the fact that I was reading it immediately after Turn to Me, and there is a lot of overlapping material. In any case, getting to see and hear his perspective on things meant that it never felt old.

Well, onto the next on the series now. . .

5 "Kade Dennon Owns Me" Stars!!!

I loved this book. An absolute must read for any fan of Tiffany Snow's Kathleen Turner series. Before getting this one I was hoping it was going to be Kade's POV of the 4th or 5th book in the series (It is labeled as #4.5), but not far in I realized that this while the sexy times would have been more, the story here was just as fantastic.

This book parallels the second book in the series, Turn to Me, but entirely from Kade Dennon's POV. If you remember earlier in the series, we didn't know very much about Kade at all because Kathleen didn't. This is unlike so many POV books because there are entire storylines we didn't know about the first time around. Kade lives a very colorful life (to say the least). Every single scene he appeared in Turn to Me and every interaction he has with Kathleen, there is so much more going on that we possibly knew. And the suspense in the main series is only amplified here. Even though as a reader you have read the series and know the outcome, it is just as engaging with all the details added behind the scenes that Kathleen had no idea about.

I loved this book from start to finish. My only hope is to have more POV books from Kade in the future. Or maybe just just one more. I don't care because reading this book made me miss this story and it's characters even more. And seeing how brilliantly Tiffany Snow does POV books (I also loved Turn on a Dime - Blane's Turn) and how she does them RIGHT when so many only do passing attempts to make a cash payout - it would be a waste not to see more of this complete story as told by the Kade or Blane.

But mostly Kade.

Lord above is he perfect in that perfectly bad boy way.

Read this because I was always curious to find out what Kade really thought of Kathleen. It was heartbreaking. He feels so much for her but has convinced himself that he is not worthy of being with her. This book didn't make me like Blane, he acted like a fool half the time. If anything he's the one not worthy of Kathleen between the two brothers.

This book was hard to rate. If I read this after book 2 or even book 3, I'd have rated it higher. I love Kade. Loved him from the beginning. He's wonderful in this book. But, this was a let down because I've finished the series. I was hoping since the release date moved, that we'd get a little further in the story. I'd love to have read Kade's POV for books 4 and 5. That would have been wonderful.

This book is great. Deserves more than 3 stars if you're a fan of the series. Even if you're not a Kade girl. But I felt let down. That's just me. It shouldn't stop anyone else from reading.

And Oh Kade. Oh KADE. Getting in his head. How he ended up where he did. You're not going to get the ugly childhood. We already know about that. You're going to get Kade's heart though. His heart 100% belongs to Blane. He loves his brother to a fault. And his feelings for Kathleen tear him apart. I never minded the triangle in this series because I so believed nobody wanted it. It wasn't selfish. You can't help who you love. I cried with Kathleen. And Kade shows us that he can't help who he loves either. He never believed he had the capacity to love, even though he felt it so strongly for Blane. He's got a beautiful heart and soul.

If you haven't finished the series, you can easily read this. It takes place mostly during book 2.

For me, there is no other guy for Kathleen than Kade. Period. End of discussion. Blane can go find another. In this series, you really get sucked into the love triangle of a girl and two brothers. Blane is nice and all. Yet, his need to not tell Kathleen important information for "her own good" and doing his best to "protect her" puts her more in danger. (Although granted, she gets in the most ridiculous amount of danger all on her own) However, Kade doesn't treat her like a china doll, and he sees her flaws, and hell, he not only sees them, he's turned on by them. As he says to Blane, "It looks like you see only what you want to see."

Kathleen curses and Blane doesn't like to hear her vulgarity. Then, on the other hand, Kade likes it. Gee, which man would you want to be with? The one who sees you as you are? Or the one who wants you to be something your not?

So yeah. Kade and Kathleen are the winning couple of this series. And onto the third book.

This is an excellent addition to the Kathleen Turner Series! Oh yeah, you probably have to be Team Kade to enjoy it this much;) I love the male POV, anyway, and the inner voice of one of my favorite bad-boy heroes made me laugh, but more often, want to cry. There were so many emotional moments. I could actually go back and re-read this time period in the series with new eyes now that I know how Kade was feeling. It was less painful to read some of the parts now that I know how the series ended. However, it would have worked really well if it had come out in order like Blane's book did. Congrats to Snow on completing a fantastic series!

I have mixed feelings about this book. I was so happy to read about Blane, Kade, & Kat again. Let me just say, that i am 100% Team Blane, but have always liked Kade. I felt much of the book was just redundant to Turn To Me. I really enjoyed the two flash back scenes. It gave me a greater respect for Kade & let me see why he made some of the choices he did. I would have liked to see more of Kade & Blane working together to save Kat. I felt the scene where they were saving her from Frankie was rushed.
