Read maybe 90-95% of the second edition. It's not comprehensive and doesn't cover nearly as much ground as Dennison's Pass CCRN or Carlson's AACN Advanced Critical Care Nursing, but it was more often than not the first book I turned to with any given ICU nursing question. Also, it was the most helpful and often-used print resource when I was studying for the CCRN. I found its contents very reflective of what was actually on the exam. Highly recommended for neophyte ICU nurses and those studying for the CCRN.
