A Great Start

This book is truly what it says - an easy guide to get started. What I liked about the book is how she answered some basic questions and explained how our digestion works. If you want to slowly get started on changing the food input into your body this is a great resource.

I only read the first 20 pages, which gave me the basic gist of what food combining she was advocating for...but she said you needed to give up coffee. Not interested! Stopped reading.
