I have had this book for a while and have been listening to the pod cast weekly for ages... Was not sure what more I could get out of the book. Wow, was I wrong. I have been reading business books for years but it's been a long time since one of them handed me a blue print that so closely matches my organizations hurdles, opportunities and goals. Very helpful, I am on my 2nd read of it and it's become one of those books with lots of turned down corners for future reference. - I hope there 2nd book in the works. Lots more to cover with our shifting businesses, economy and digital environments.

This is more than a sales book. This is a book about how to grow a business. Francis presents a powerful and well tested system for creating long-lasting demand, converting opportunities and creating lifelong customers. Offers actionable, digital and analog/in-person, common sense approaches to competing and succeeding in today's sales environment in which the buyer has unprecedented access to information and leverage in their purchasing. A must read for sales leaders and company executives.
