At Compass Court Boarding School, the whole of Year Six is focused on the end of term production of "Dracula." But against the backdrop of the play, several other romances are also being played out. The game is afoot. Intrigue and intimacies are created, but does anyone really want who they thought they did? Will Sophie ever get over Jack and make it work with the new boy? Does Jack care enough to manage to win her back? Can Flora get the hottest guy in school to notice her? And now that Beatrice might finally stand a chance with Owen, does she still want it? Another hilarious English Boarding School romp from Stella Wilkinson. Book Three in The Flirting Series, rounds up the stories of all your favourite characters from books one and two.
I liked this one better than the second, although now I'm super confused as to who should go with whom. I hoped one way, then things changed and so my hopes did as well, but then I glanced at the epilogue and now I don't know anymore. Not that it's a bad thing; it certainly keeps me on the edge of my seat. The first was really good, the second was short and fast but not bad, and this was up there with first. I'm excited to buy the next one.
I loved the Dracula quotes at the beginning of each chapter! This one actually felt a little rushed and sort of like there was a lot of changing of hands, but it was still really sweet and easy to read. Ps. I want to go to boarding school in England!
