What stalls most agents from building sustainable businesses is the misconception that getting from point A to objective B will require more energy, skill, and time than we have. So we revert to short-cuts. But the truth is big problems are rarely solved with big solutions, but by a sequence of small solutions, sometimes over weeks, months, years, and sometimes over decades.

Easy read. On point comments and good awareness for new agents or mid career agents that want to stay on track.

Stays true to its title. Great quick read. I finished it in a few hours and it's jam packed full of amazing stuff. All applicable. Great format. There's one chapter on health that I wasn't a big fan of but I can't say it didn't belong. Health is wealth. And it even came with a disclaimer saying the chapter isn't for everyone. Absolutely amazing Read for anyone on any path in life, real estate or not. Book 2 I plan on passing along to my children

I got it for free of amazon for kindle. I just ordered a physical copy to keep on my bookshelf. It's that good.

I had such high hopes for this book. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The author and his contributors were frequently self-serving, hocking their own products and listing their personal accomplishments, rather than imparting useful advice. The (inexplicable) chapter on health took unnecessary digs at vegetarians/vegans and dermatologists. Lastly, there were numerous typos and grammatical errors that interrupted the flow of the book. Very disappointed.
