I reckon that, with a few tweaks and some additional illustrations, this would make a great children's book - a book with a 'change happens - it's how you deal with it that matters' moral underpinning the story, but as a book aimed at people in business, it doesn't work (not for me anyway).

The back cover text describes this book as 'a simple, funny and yet profound story about coping with change'. There was nothing profound about it, in fact I'd argue the reverse - that it was a simple tale told in over-simplified language. I'd also describe it as mildly amusing in places rather than 'funny'.

It was a quick 30 minute read and I picked it up from a free book exchange place, so I don't feel short-changed - but I would have been rather disgruntled if I had paid the cover price for it.

Oh my god, if I had paid for this I would have been so pissed. I did finish it, just because it took literally 15 minutes to read.
