"Strength Training for Beginners - 15 Minute Workout Without a Gym" by Mirsad Hasic is a really good book on strength training for beginners. Of all the strength training books I have read so far, this is by far the best of them all. It was explanatory and well written. I loved for the exercises it provided one picture illustration for each one (because I work visually with certain things). Overall a really good book. Not too long, not to short, and informative.
