Cowboys and Indians? Not hardly. The Cowboys, actually, came on the scene very late. The First Americans, as seen on the cover of this book, will be thoroughly covered. The picture was taken by the crew of The HMS Challenger Expedition, 1872-1876 A.D. at the most Southern region of South America, at a place called Tierra del Fuego. This picture can be seen today in the Natural Museum of London. Africans not only came before Columbus and Clovis, but were in the Americans far before any other group, at least 60,000 years ago. We will go through evidence exposed by a panel of credible scholars, professors and researchers. The evidence lies in several different scientific fields. Do not forget the Egyptians. They were also here far before the Vikings or Columbus. They left structures above and below the waves in far away places in North America. From the East to the West Coasts; from the valleys to mountain tops that still carry their names. You will read about remnants of their artifacts, writings, architecture and more. For years this story was hidden and forbidden to be repeated. Researchers who dared to bring out new finds that were against the accepted history were intimidated, funding terminated and in some cases jobs and careers put in jeopardy. Authors such as Dr. Imhotep are now throwing caution to the wind and lifting the veil of secrecy never to be closed again. This is a true history for all to learn and enjoy and there is much more on its way ... as the veil of secrecy and concealed information is made available to the public in my future, “Lifting of the Veil Series.”
Interesting Read...Documented Evidence Indeed! Learned A Lot...The Falashas (Ethiopians) Were The Original Jews....Learned A Lot That Western History Left Out.
The only drawback to this book is the myriad typos and choppy editing. Unfortunately the awkward prose will lead many to dismiss this work as unworthy, but patient and studious reading will be ultimately rewarding. One must make the distinction between evidence presentation and superior writing skills. Rarely are good scholars great writers.
Having said that, the evidence of African presence in America is simply overwhelming. Here is what the esteemed scholar, Molefi Asante says in the afterword:"This book, The First Americans were Africans: Documented Evidence, with its heavy references is an answer that will allow others to read with confidence about the ancient record of African people in the Americas. It puts into context much of the information that has been gathered over the years, organizing it, ordering it in a manner that is accessible to the ordinary reader as well as to the scholarly reader."
I mostly agree with that assessment, and David Imhotep uses numerous methods to establish that the first Americans were indeed African people. Clearly, the Columbus "discovered" America trope has been well debunked in numerous works, so the only mystery in mind, was who were the people who came to America first? Was it the so-called Indians or Native Americans? "The American continent was inhabited by Asian and African blacks in very ancient times. The oldest skeletal remains found in the Americas are of blacks."
As Imhotep reminds us a few times in the book, science only requires eight coincidences to establish contact between two cultures. As you read the evidence of archaeology, linguistics, genetics, architecture and molecular there is only one conclusion reachable, the Americas were first peopled by Africans. As with all things of a historical nature it takes a bit of deductive and inductive reasoning to process the evidence into a logical conclusion. And that conclusion of African primacy, "must therefore render any other possible conclusions to the contrary, as unscientific speculation or politically motivated at this point in time."
There is so much factual research information in this book that gets you to think about misinformation you learned in history class. This book tells you how the Africans were the first people inhabit the Americas before the indians.
This is book is 100% trash! This is not about the origin of humanity being in Africa. This is about the first human populations in the Americas which Native Americans came over from East Asia. These were not Black African people.
All of the oldest bones that were found in the Americas dating before 1492, TEST ALWAYS NATIVE AMERICAN. The cover of the book is the Bonampak Mural of the Mayans and you can source any genetic study on the Mayans who were Native American.
Thank you Dr. Imhotep. My mind has been expanded just by considering the movement of people I had not even heard of before reading the considerations suggested in the book. Learning about the vastness of my ignorance of the populations of the planet effects a freedom in my mind from the seeming absolutism of the western historical narrative.
