Very practical tips on how to improve your career using 8 success strategies. Dr Frankel provides you with an assessment of where you are in the introductory chapter and in subsequent chapters provides you with suggestions on how to improve the different areas which impact your career. These include: building relationships, being part of a team, the power of perception, developing your EI and likeability, managing up, balancing detail orientation with strategic thinking, developing your value added brand and networking. A lot of these should be pretty obvious but tips are practical and if followed can help with personal development.

I'm sure Frankel knows this already, but when this book goes up for re-printing, it would be a good idea to take out Tiger Woods in regards having a positive brand and being an example for career emulation! That really dated the book. Wow. Yuck.

Otherwise good and helpful info.
