Sorry to leave a bad review. This book was given to me by my therapist. It was triggering for me. It also struck me as pie in the sky recovery. As a Christian that is a child sexual abuse survivor and struggles with Same Sex Attraction and my faith; I’ve done just about everything to be healed. I feel like there was only pie-in-the-sky solutions here.

Although it was short, it took me a while to get through this one because I really felt like it was a book you had to sit on and think about. Very interesting things on the path we should be walking in, really wish it was longer to really dive into some more things about idolatry and fear but overall a good read.

simple yet nuanced revelation with depth

Came into the knowledge of the things God has instituted to safeguard identity & the soul while experiencing a reminder of some concepts I already knew before! Worthwhile & enjoyable read ! I’m on a mission to read all his books!

Great book!!

We need to be walking in and teaching our children how to walk in the ancient paths. This book brings such assume clarity to things that can plague our hearts! Such great insight and practical knowledge. Great read!

This book is short but amazing. If you are in an area where you can actually take the companion course live, this is a must. I think this book took my Christian walk to a higher plateau.
