Thoughtful and helpful advice on managing documentation that is relevant to anyone from entry level to CEO. Covers everything from capturing and structuring information, to presenting and communicating it, to storing and maintaining it. Very reader-friendly, easy to put into practice, contains useful exercises, and is something that can be put into action right after reading the book. Would recommend to anyone who needs to get their company's documentation back under control or anyone starting out who wants to do it right the first time.

Anyone with common sense can already do this. Good for a quick review of the basics though.
