The lifestyles of people with lots of money still are greedy. Tim Green illustrated this in his writing. Great ending to the story.

Green's writing about sports action is outstanding. The former NFL player puts you in the heart of the game or practice with imagery that feels like you are right there. His writing in general is strong but this story just felt flat and a bit rushed to me, especially the ending.

There are a couple of uses of flashback where we learn about what motivates two of the book's central characters and that works for the most part. But overall the book just left you wanting to know a bit more about the characters and I found the mystery itself a bit predictable.

I'll read most any fiction with a football backdrop. I liked this story, but I had a little trouble staying interested. I think the largest reason I kept reading was that I was pretty sure I had the whodunnit aspect figured out, and wanted to make sure. It turns out that I was right.

My first Tim Green and it was enjoyable. The characters were all interesting if not overly developed to make you really care about them. The whodunit part wasn't too difficult to figure out and hope that some of the plot lines that were built up and left dangling were finished in later books.

This was a quick book [1 day]. It was easy to get into and easy to keep my interest. I enjoyed it and the story line.

I thought this book was excellent. However, Tim needs a new editor. Once again he was able to tell a very intriguing and suspense filled story based on life in the NFL.
