Read previous version of this over a year ago and found it a good summary of the breadth of what a IT Manager needs to know to get their job done. Picked this up as a refreshed plus the additional updates related to BYOD, wireless and other new game changers in the industry. The book is definitely geared towards the new IT manager but still a good refresher.
