Took ages to find how to access the digital accompaniment to this book (the main reason I bought this book) as there was zero mention. Spent 20 mins + googling and reading forums, why not just write the app info in the first chapter? Could not get on with that, cannot pause or easily rewind to repeat, practice and learn. Didn't like the format of the book either, or the learning style.
