The information in this book was incredibly helpful and the steps/questions at the end of every chapter would make this really easy to work toward implementing these ideas into an organization. The entire book is written as a conversation between someone running an organization and their constant which seemed like a very ineffective way to present the information. I wish it was written in a more structured way with examples of how organizations have implemented these steps well. Overall, the information was great and helpful, but poorly presented.
This book contained a lot of helpful information for nonprofit organizations. The author, however, chose to present this information as a narrative, which made it hard to process. For myself, a book like this should be set up with things like charts and subheadings and useful aids like that. While reading this book, I just didn't have time to write down all the notes that a person would need to refer to to make this book useful.
