I have this book...got it as a gift.
I've made a few things from here, but not anything great. There wasn't any WOW thing for me. Many were just adaptations of old things that I've done, nothing new. I was very disappointed.

While there are all kinds of beautiful things, I kept thinking 'how would one keep this dusted?' People need to think how these decorations will end their lives as well as beginning them [and most of them ARE very lovely]. The luminarias and the foil trees are my favorites [and easily clean-able].

Definitely something for every day of the year. There are plenty of ideas for holiday gifts that can be completed ease. The instructions are clear and materials range from items you may already have to those that require a trip to the store. Nice photos help make the projects understandable.
