A masterful blend of action and thrills interwoven with scripture and thought-provoking insights.

Zane Harrison and Rachael Neumann return to solve the mystery of the Jubilee Code in the second installment of The Thirteenth Series: The 13th Prime. Picking up just days after the conclusion of The 13th Enumeration, The 13th Prime follows our heroes’ journey to discover what is really meant by the Biblical prophecy referencing “the times of the Gentiles.” The 13th Prime references many of the events in The 13th Enumeration, so readers really need to read the series in order to able to fully appreciate all that is taking place.
In this second installment, we get to know the sadistic yet enticing Angelica Lioje, who has been hired by the diabolical Peter Herschel to destroy all of those who know the secret of the 13th enumeration so that Herschel’s secret Order can continue its plans for world domination. Lioje’s mission threatens not only Zane and Rachael but also Zane’s friends Sam and David, who play a much larger role in this story.
Like the first book, The 13th Prime features terrific action sequences with Zane and Rachael, lots of cloak and dagger, and plenty of suspense. Author William Struse works in scripture, especially psalms, which flow nicely in the primary setting of Israel. His book contains a great witness of what Christianity really means in practical terms, as we see our two protagonists live out their faith in their daily lives.
These are must read novels for Christian fiction lovers. I can’t wait to read the next one in the series.

"According to Hall, the Brotherhood of the Quest only had "six days" in which to establish a universal commonwealth whose purpose was directed toward mankind's evolution into gods, "knowing good and evil." The six days was obviously an allusion to the biblical idea that mankind had been allotted six thousand years of labor or self-governance on this earth followed by one thousand years of rest, during which time Yeshua would rule the earth in righteousness. Sam knew that the Brotherhood of the Quest and other secret societies did not believe or wish for the literal rule of Christ but instead sought for the enthronement of man as god. What had always bothered Sam was the question of why, if these "great" men of the past had believed the Bible was a myth, did they so often paint their visions for mankind's destiny in terms of the ancient struggle between YHWH and Satan? Even more unexplainable was the opposite conclusion - if they did in fact believe the biblical record was true on some level, did they really think Satan was going to win this ancient battle? After six thousand years of recorded history, did these men really think more education was the key to changing the heart of mankind? "Enlightenment" had done little to tame the evil heart of men as measured by the most basic metric of how they treated each other.
As Sam had studied writings of these men over the years, a clearer picture had emerged. The enlightened idea of "democracy: was just a code word for mankind's self-rule in rejection of the sovereignty of God, "in terms of the enlightened code, were words for the rejection of the laws of God.
"Adam and Eve formed the first democracy, if you think about it, " Sam muttered to himself. The Serpent, the first philosopher of enlightenment, had advised them that they would eventually be equal with God if they ate of the tree. Both Adam and Eve tasted the fruit of liberty in rejection of the command of God. Sam shook had head. Since that day, mankind has struggled with an addiction to that fruit. " from chapter 56.

A suspense thriller of biblical perportions

The fast paced prophetic mystery kept me up into the wee hours following the adventures of these God inspired hero's. It was refreshing to learn so much about prophecy with actual biblical passages quoted in their entirety. The romance was clean and respectful. The action often unexpected and suspense filled. It was a testimony to the faith of the author and an inspiration to the reader.

Each book in the series is just as intriguing as the last!

The 13th Enumeration series is captivating and well written and researched. Each page keeps you anxious and on the edge of your chair. We both are reading the series and look forward to the next book!

Once again William Struse has produced another page-turner. There may be some small points of belief that you may differ with, but they in no way, take from the story... although they are part of the fascinating plot-line..

It is interesting the way the characters develop and how they handle the situations in their lives. (And the author gives them plenty to handle.)

The descriptions are vivid and realistic, and as for the 'plot' that is uncovered - well, it is almost like reading a news article. Just pay attention to what is happening in the world.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book, well done, Mr Struse!

A continuation of Struse's first book, The 13th Enumeration, The 13th Prime takes up the story of Zane Harrison and Rachael Neumann and their discoveries, adventures, and love story. The story is full of intrigue, espionage, but also Biblical prophecy and how it parallels today's events. Some things are a bit extreme, yet, could they be? The primary premise is the battle of satanic influences to overshadow and remove Christian/Biblical principles and doctrine from all aspects of society by any means. Very much what our government is trying to do now!

This is the second book in the series and i once again had trouble putting it down. The story made a few very interesting twists and had a very surprising finale, which makes the wait for the third book very difficult! Once again, the descriptions of places such a Petra was very accurate and I could even picture some of the places in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Now let's hope the wait for the next book is short... ;-)

A wonderful read

This book, like the other two, is hard to put down. It is an adventure laced with a rare knowledge of Scripture, science, plumbing, and history, to mention just a few of the knowledgable avenues of the author's intense research. The result is one of the best series of thrilling Christian mysteries available.

Excellent read and kept my interest - I could hardly put it down. Can not wait for the next book in the series. This would make good movies if all the series were used with the important detail included. It keeps tying the important elements together.

I was totally hooked on this series, although I had to walk away from the second book for a while. The events were a little too close to reality.
