Hope for the forgetful

I really liked this book. It was written in clear, easy to understand style with bits of humor to make it easy to read. It made me feel I could try some of the techniques.

By memory!

This time I have expecting too much from this book which is basic, useful but basic. I'm still glad to have read it. It worths to be read if you start the journey to improve your memory.

Great information

Peter writes in a straightforward manner. No hype just honest information that is usuable. I was impressed to find no cute little useless sayings or antidotes!

Brief Concepts Introduced.

This was a concise 10 chapter book detailing the behind the scenes of memory and different schools of thought about improving memory.
