This book is the study guide to The Daniel Plan. I found it quite useful. The discussion questions were pretty good. They could have given us a bit more depth, but it's tough to do that with a study you want to keep short. The recipes were great. The exercises were ok. Not all were useful to someone like myself, who has a mobility issue. Still, it's overall a worthwhile study guide.

I skimmed this mostly because I had a couple of friends mention they were doing the Daniel Plan, and I was curious. Probably a great book, but seeing as I just skimmed it quickly, I'm just saying it was okay.

Not bad. I like the premise that there is more to healthy eating than just eating (food, fitness, faith, friends, and focus), but I have a hard time implementing it all. Regardless, it's good, easy reading and I learned quite a bit, like the horrors of MSG and it's many names.

This book was a valuable companion to the DVD when I was leading a small group. I did find the questions repetitive at times.
