Blair Babylon is the nom de plume of an award-winning, USA Today-bestselling author who used to publish literary fiction. Because professional reviews of her other fiction usually included the caveat that there was too much deviant sex and too much interesting plot, she decided to abandon all literary pretensions, let her freak flag fly, and write hot, sexy, erotic romance.
So I have finished another chapter in this romance... Wulf’s reaction to seeing that Rae had used the internet to look him up was puzzling. His first thought was to leave the country... that he had stayed too long in one place.. he thought she knew everything about him... but she has nothing to hide.. he is leaving to protect her? He would not drive with her to go to funeral. Until Hans asked her to drive his car as he had not slept in days... she changed cars at a service station and got in the drivers seat... he handed her the keys and fell asleep handing her hand.
Her family fed him fried cheese sandwiches and took him shooting... but at the funeral her cousin got up and called her a whore... The cult like atmosphere in that church was scary.. the congregation turned on her Wulf and his team got her out but she ran to her dads truck and took off into the dessert... she thought she lost Wulf’s team.... Her cousin tries to sell her to human traffickers after crashing into her but she ran... and hid.. Wulf had his rifle on a hilltop and kills the two men who were shooting at her.. it took his team hours to find her.. she was a little feral by that time... She thinks she has lost all her family but her youngest brother reaches out via texts as does her cousin Craig.. she still thinks Wulf is leaving her...
Wulf cannot stop thinking that he could have lost her.. he invites her to Paris.. I can not put it down once I start a ‘book’

I received a copy from the author for my honest review so here it is. This is a great story that is hot and steamy. Rae has to go home for the Celebration of Life for her aunt who died and was afraid of what might be said about her. Wulf (The Dom) goes with her for support and help if her cousin says anything. On the way home she finds out the Wulf is leaving and that hurt more than going back home. Will she be able to make everyone believe that she is doing nothing wrong? Why is Wulf really leave? When the church turns on her, she flees in her father's truck into the desert to clear her head and try to figure out what to do next. I have to start the next book now, I can't wait to find out what happens next. Great job Blair Babylon!
I don't usually read serials and I actually didn't read this story either when it was a serial - confusing? :-) I read the entire omnibus edition called: Billionaires in Disguise: Rae (Complete Series, Episodes 1-9): A Romance Novel. I loved reading the omnibus edition. As of this writing the first episode, Rae Falling, is free on Amazon (other places, too, I think). If you haven't read the omnibus edition go get the free book and give it a try. I think you'll enjoy it enough that you'll want to read the entire series.
Best book of the series so far! A tense, dramatic episode giving us more insight into the character of Rae. Her background is pretty screwed. I'll repeat what I have said in my last reviews, you've got to read this series. It's awesome. Enjoy reading my fellow bookworms.
I received an advanced copy for an honest review... Well here it is: Loved it! Love the author! Can't wait for the next! Hot, great characters, funny all in one.
