¡Gracias, Dios mío, por guiarme a leer tu Palabra en la profecía de Amós! Wow, sentí un vuelco en el corazón al leer este libro tan breve pero tan sustancioso.
Es increíble que las mismas dinámicas que caracterizaban a Israel en ese tiempo (la opresión a los más pobres, la vanidad de los ricos y un pueblo que alaba a Dios de palabra pero cuyo corazón está lejos de Él) sigan siendo las mismas en la actualidad, o incluso peores.
Una tremenda profecía la de Amós, digna de leerse una y otra vez. ✨🙏🏽

Excelente versión de la Biblia. Está traducida en un lenguaje moderno sin perder la esencia de los términos bíblicos y teológicos.

Not a great translation or Kindle book
I'm not impressed with the NVI translation. Compared with other translations it is not worded as well or as accurate.
This Kindle edition has several errors in it too. For example, in the book of Psalms, many times it uses the expression "cantar salmos" but the "s" is missing off the end of salmos.
The layout isn't very good either, since the poetry portions (Job through Song of Solomon and much of the prophets) has the same layout as prose portions.
I don't plan to read this translation again and would not recommend it to anyone.
