This book was an interesting read. Not sure I totally understood exactly what they wanted you to get though. Guess I still need to keep moving.

Fantastic book, very easy to understand. It gives great insight to hoe to brain and the rest of ourdied are related. I would recommend this to anyone interested in their health or science.
