I love the concept of debriefs, and the book serves as a fantastic breakdown of how to execute debriefs and why they're so essential to businesses and planning. The granularity of the book makes it feel almost repetitive at times, but since it's exceptionally short that's hardly a big problem.

Excellent read! I'm grateful for having been given this book, it is very well written, simple and clear, but full of insight and practical knowledge!
