Rate this book
Neden geceleri gökyüzü karanlıktır? Mikrodalga fırınlar nasıl çalışır? Neden elektrik tellerine konan kuşları elektrik çarpmaz? Yapraklar sonbaharda niye sararır? Günlük yaşamımızda sık sık karşımıza çıkan bu olayların içerdiği esrarı, onlara aşinalığımız nedeniyle farkedemeyiz. Oysa bu tür olayların çoğu hoş sürprizlerle doludur.

Riddles in Your Teacup Fun with Everyday Scientific Puzzles [Paperback] [Dec 31, 2005] by Partha Ghose and Dipankar Home, (Paperback) Hindi language translation by Arvind Gupta- Aim of education is to attract young ones towards learning. This book brings concepts of science in an easy way for children. The questions (1) Why is the night dark? (2) How do bees buzz? Why do tea leaves collect in the centre of the cup after stirring? (3) What makes a river meander? (4) Why do people snore? (5) Why does rain fall in drops? Natural phenomena and ordinary everyday things often contain surprises and puzzles when we try to understand them in terms of basic scientific principles. The book has a good spread of physics puzzles, each making you think about the simple things we observe in our homes and around each day. Sure to put a smile on your face of students. It helps you thinking through the various concepts of physics. The book helps the student to change the way they look at the things around them. A good book for students of all age groups.
