I picked this up, and another one by him, in a charity shop a couple of weeks before Christmas. Not a bad book, I made the very easy potted shrimps and the pea and watercress soup before christmas, both good! And I cooked the pan fried brill with sauce albert (who he?) over christmas, except I didn't have brill so made do with cod, tasted good though, with the mashed potatoes and sugar peas he suggested! Not a bad buy for 50p then!!
