since I've finished reading the whole thing, I can confidently say that this one has become one of my favorite manhwa of all time! it had everything I could ask for, a cute banter, amazing character development, and the two main characters suited each other so well!
This volume was everything I was hoping it would be!
While I do confess that I didn't reread the previous volume beforehand, resulting in a few details being fuzzy at the beginning of this volume, the shenanigans and romance within these pages made me laugh SO much, but also get very emotional.
Honestly, even now, I am still teary-eyed because these characters took me on such a wonderful adventure, and I was incredibly grateful to see their love story bloom and unfold. It truly felt like a precious gift and was not and am not ready to say goodbye. (Thank you, Crossed Hearts, for physically licensing the novel because I will be picking it up!)
It's hard all of what to say concerning this ending due to spoilers, but I think it is a very strong and fantastic finale to this series! I loved how it was shown that their story will continue on for a long time, and feel much happiness that the ending I always hoped for these two was just as amazing as I had anticipated.
I highly recommend the series, and look forward to coming back and rereading it from start to finish!
I've actually finished the whole series at this point, but I'm not going to sit here and rate them all. So, I'm leaving my last review here as I loved the whole damn series.
I found this as a random anime that hasn't finished being developed from this Webtoon. I got really impatient as season 2 isn't even in production yet. So I read the whole series of chapters (158 translated chapters) over the weekend... over 5 years worth of material. I have no regrets. This hit the dopamine just right. I probably have a problem.
Well….here we are. I can’t believe the story has ended. From start to finish, I was just completely enthralled throughout, which was made easier by having the volumes physically rather than online since I’m terrible for reading manhwas on Webtoon nowadays.
Having watched the anime first, and not liking it as much due to the animation, character designs and (Japanese) voice acting which made it harder for me to immerse myself into the actual plot, I had little expectations going into it that it would actually be good. Boy was I completely wrong on that front!!!
Everything about the manhwa was just SO MUCH BETTER than the anime adaptation from the art and colour to the humour to the characters’ personalities to the story, it really felt like I had been transported into the story alongside Raeliana and I watching it all play out right beside her.
Noah and Raeliana are officially one of my new favourite couples in fiction. Their chemistry was just off the charts the moment they first met one another, and don’t even get me started on the ending (I’m feeling emotional just thinking about it). They really are made for each other, and Noah has also become one of my new favourite fictional men for both his gorgeous looks and his teasing yet caring personality ❤️🥰
My favourite aspect about any story is when most of/all the characters are given a personality and time to shine, especially the side characters, which definitely rang true for this story. There are very few stories for me where I like a lot the characters but with Raeliana (the story), there are just too many to choose from. Apart from the MCs, some of my favourites were Adam, Siathrich, Justin, Naomi and Rosemary, to name a few.
I really enjoyed the twists and turns that followed, and also how the characters weren’t just black and white and actually more complex than one might assume, particularly with the antagonists like Vivian.
Needless to say, I’m really, really devastated that the story has ended but it was no doubt inevitable that it would happen eventually. Who knows I might decide to go back and reread the manhwa soon enough. Also, I can’t wait for the novels to finally receive an official English translation in February 2026. Hopefully, the novel will be available in Ireland which’ll truly make me elated if they are ❤️

i love this so much. every single volume was a 5 star read for me although this one is a 6 star read. the epilogue was everything and the ending couldn't be more perfect than it already is.
I typically avoid Isekai (reincarnation in another world) stories as I think they are more as wish fulfillment than literature. I started reading this one as it gets a lot of praise. To my surprise, despite the isekai the story is really well done.
First of all, the humor is pretty good and there is an ensemble of well likable characters. There is a mystery shrouding the plot, that gets a good resolution. Raeliana, despite being a Mary Su is a better protagonist than most docile female leads in such stories. And finally, the link the present and past life was also done well. Overall, it was enjoyable
There are such weird little plot holes in this series. Like...what happened to the driver of the carriage Beatrice-as-fake-maid wheeled an unconscious Raeliana into?
I do appreciate that Raeliana takes responsibility for her own fate, on every level. In a lot of stories, the man would've stepped up for the killing shot, leaving the woman to remain "innocent." But Raeliana never shies away from having blood on her hands, when it's necessary. I suppose it's that element of practicality and ruthlessness that makes her and Noah a good fit. (Noah veers a little bit psychotic, honestly, so he needs someone as strong as Raeliana to keep him on track.)
In the end, the priestess was right: one of the Raelianas had to die in order for the other to live, since two souls couldn't fight over the same destiny. There was no chance to ever root for Beatrice, because she chose a villainous path from the start, and hurt other people along the way, whereas Raeliana was just trying to do her best to survive, without damaging her world too much.
Something I just realized: uhhhh what happened to the whole extremists storyline? Did they get stamped out in that underground fight...? That feels like another dropped plot thread, and Raeliana never really mentioned how those political elements played out at the end of the story.
Instead of exploring any of those more complex worldbuilding topics, we get a pretty long postscript, with Raeliana and Noah spending a lot of time settling into their post-Beatrice life together. The goddess finally made an appearance, talking to both Raeliana and Noah in different forms, and telling them both that there was an option for Raeliana to return to her original life in her other world.
To be perfectly honest, I didn't love Noah's response, or how controlling he ended up being. It's played off as mostly funny, since Raeliana takes it in stride and is used to dealing with his obsessive behavior towards her. But when the question was "what would you do if she chose to go back?" his answer should've had a lot more to do with respecting her decisions.
Of course, she didn't want to return to her original life, since she was happy with her new family, in love with Noah, and excited about reshaping a world where she could make such a huge difference. I liked her plans to build schools where women could be educated more freely, and it was a nice nod back to her original life, where she'd planned to become a teacher.
We also got a decent amount of time with some of the other characters, which I didn't really expect. I wasn't surprised, though, by the revelation that the king had been in love with his countess advisor all along. There's no indication that they can actually have their own happy ending, since she doesn't seem to particularly like him...and she might not be high-ranked enough to become queen? But it was still nice to see a little more of his human side. Especially since he really did not seem to be in mourning over his dead queen at all. I don't think he was even at her funeral?
Raeliana did make an appearance, which may have been the last time Justin saw her, unless he returned to the kingdom after patching together his broken heart. I...was not expecting him to end up as my favorite character. It's not that I wanted him to end up with Raeliana, but he really turned out to be such a sweet, generous, deeply loving person who deserved happiness. I was really glad that he got some space of his own to show what he was doing - exploring the world and getting far away from a kingdom that had hurt him very badly.
The final page of the series is one I'd actually been spoiled on a while ago, although I didn't know the full context. I don't know how I feel about that, either. It's nice, I guess, that Raeliana got to live out two full lives: as Raeliana and as her original self. But it seems pretty unfair that Noah would somehow get to keep all of the memories of their entire life together, while she forgot it all. Would a romance that unbalanced even work? I feel like she would just find this strange man kind of crazy.
It's meant to be hopeful, I know, and to show that soulmates can last more than one lifetime. It just felt a little strained to me. Maybe just because I had it in the back of my head that she wound up back in her world, and he had to struggle through dimensions to find her and be reunited...with her knowing who he was, and wanting their reunion too!
I suppose I was just really hoping to absolutely love this final volume, but it's hard to wrap things up perfectly. I do still like a lot of things about this series, and maybe someday I'll be able to read the novels.
Wouldn't have minded seeing a Justin spinoff, too.
I really took my time reading this final volume... And I don't know if I can talk about all the things I liked spoiler free!
The first thing that surprised me and delighted me was that they wrapped up the whole dramatic climax almost immediately at the beginning of the volume. No more issues dealing with impending soul death or villainesses. Getting those out of the way so early left almost the entire volume to be beautifully wrapping up all the loose ends and payoffs for so many jokes set in place many volumes ago. There are moments throughout this volume that I had to just stop set the book down and savor the wonderful feelings that were inspired by a sudden moment of pure beautiful fan bliss.
It is so incredibly rare for a series that I liked so much every step of the way to be able to end in such an incredibly satisfying way. Halfway through the volume you get another beautiful moment to wrap up interesting questions by having actual q&a of a sorts with the goddess. You get to finally know some of the wonderful and delightful connections between all forms of life for our leading lady....
-So I'm going to put my spoiler flag warning here-
I love how circular not only the story but the beautiful relationship between the two main characters comes to fruition. The whole idea about the stories written by the goddess is that the goddess keeps having to replenish the souls that are driving the bodies that are in the fated rolls that the goddess wrote. But she is not a cruel goddess, she doesn't match up just any pairs of souls. She makes it possible for them to have circular relations. In this series are leading lady was taken from her story, her life as a college student, and thrown into the romance she read. Passing the test of being a die-hard fan of the romance she read made her compatible to be cast as Beatrice, shenanigans prevented her from being put in the correct body and thus created this divergence. But the thing is is that their souls are bound to be together, the Duke was always meant to be bound to her, despite being in the wrong body. This is made clear in the current volume because the goddess gives him a gift of a book about another young lady in a different world living a college student life. This is gifted to him under the claim that it would serve to him as a map so that he may always find his beloved.
That is the halfway point of the volume, but then you get to the final page and you see the reunion when they are both reborn again. It's his turn to find her and know her while she has no recollection of the life they spent together elsewhere. His beautiful love for his beloved is strong enough to choose to cross the boundary and chase her. It's not done in a way that is creepy or even like a stalker, there is just too much beautiful affection between them.
And that brings me to one of the other things that are truly and deeply love about the story. I love their relationship! There is a satisfying amount of playfulness and teasing while still being tender and loving. The development between them includes a trust and a balance of power and the relationship. You don't feel like one of them is controlling the other, you feel a genuine affection that pulls the two of them together. They may be no stranger to the faults of each other, instead they bring out the best in eachother. It is truly a beautiful relationship where they get to be partners in all the ways that matter.
I truly hope that anyone who enjoys a truly good soulful romance with a tasteful amount of comedy along the way gives this story a chance.

so, like, i watched the anime first and honestly, i didn’t expect to fall for it the way i did, but i totally did. it just kind of pulled me in without even trying and before i knew it, i was completely obsessed. and then i found out the manga was finished and i got so excited—like, i had to know how everything ends. i was literally searching everywhere for it because i couldn’t wait.
and the characters… ugh, i loved them so much. noah was just, like, the perfect male lead ᯓ✦∘˙ charming and composed, but also sweet in this quiet, subtle way. and raeliana? she was amazing. clever, strong and honestly just so easy to root for. but it wasn’t just them. even the side characters were written so well, like, every single one of them felt real and layered. i found myself caring about everyone, not just the main couple. it made the whole world feel so full and alive, like i could reach out and step right into it.
i ate the whole thing up and now i’m about to read the specials because i already miss the world so much. it’s one of those stories that just stays with you.
and like, i don’t know, after i finish something like this ᯓ★ˎˊ˗ after i really let myself fall into a story and just live there for a while ᯓ★ˎˊ˗ it always hits me how lucky i am. like, genuinely. to be able to read and lose myself in literature like that, to feel things so deeply through words… i’m just always thankful that i even have the privilege to experience it. it makes everything feel a little softer.
p.s. and like… the way he remembered the book she loved and how she said the proposal in it was romantic… and then he actually did it? just like that? he’s so thoughtful it hurts. i’m never getting over that.
This review is for the entire series, cause I would rather review it as a whole rather than one by one. This is the first manhwa I've fully read (I started one before but only got a few chapters in), mostly because a friend pushed me to read it. So, keep that in mind. I really enjoyed the story, shed a couple tears near the end because I didn't know what was going to happen. I really loved seeing Rae's and the Duke's relationship build up from being an agreement to legitimate, full blown feelings for each other. By the end of it, I started to want to find a Noah of my own. It was cliche and cheesy in all the right ways, and ultimately a super cute love story between the two. I also really developed a soft spot of Adam. My main complaint was it felt like the climax took way too long to reach, and in turn, felt a bit rushed at the end. I also was confused about Justin's role in the story at times; to me, it came across like the author was almost thinking about making him a bigger point of contention in Raeliana's and the Duke's relationship, but didn't follow through with it. At first I expected him to be more a villain, and was a bit surprised he ended up not being so. Maybe I am missing something here? I don't know. Overall, it was an enjoyable read and if you like graphic novels, manhwa, manga, and so on, and like fantasy love stories, I'd say give it a read!

Didn’t want to review every single volume… So I’m leaving my thoughts here on the last one because the series was THAT GOOD! 😮💨
Soooooooo I binged the entire thing (Nine volumes) in like three days (yes, I know, I have a problem lol). Totally worth it though. 💀
I originally picked it up because I got impatient. Season 2 of the anime doesn’t seem to be happening anytimeeeeee soon, and I needed to know what happens. 😬
This series gave me all the kicks and giggles I was hoping for, and then some. Watching Noah slowly but fully fall for Raeliana was just so satisfying. Their dynamic was witty, charming, and genuinely heartfelt. The push and pull, the banter, the tenderness once he finally let his guard down. By the end, I was grinning like an idiot because it felt so earned. 🥰
Noah and Raeliana stole my heart, and now I’m just sad it’s over. 🥲
That resolved things rather quickly, then followed to jump to the future by leaps and bounds, so it's impossible to tell exactly how much time has passed between some of the parts of the story. Fortunately, Noah doesn't seem phased by Raeliana's history, and if anything, seems more determined to write their own story. Sir Taylor also remains as stoic as ever while still oddly dedicated to Noah and Raeliana, which Noah seems to now enjoy bending to his benefit when Raeliana leaves without him for a period of time, planned or not. It's rather touching with the indication that the two may now be linked through multiple lives to find the happy ever after they made for themselves instead of what was previous planned in the original book. Thankfully, the powers that be seem to like Raeliana and Noah's version of the story, too.

4⭐️ sweet and satisfying conclusion to this series. there's some new plot and excitement in this one, but honestly, it's mostly just wrapping things up with little drama/conflict after about the first third of the volume. the art is just as good as it was in the previous volumes, and i'm very grateful to all involved for having these be in full color. i thought the ending was done quite well, and i appreciated the little twist that came with it.
God Noah is just the best. The last page, man!!! I just can’t stop smiling! I’m so giddy. Adam is still my fav, he is just so cute. I’m so glad we got to see their happily ever after. Gosh I just can’t stop thinking about how his request from the goddess.
He is such a loving devoted golden retriever. With a deadly streak for her. Everyone deserves someone as dedicated to their happiness.
My fav point still is the part in the rowboat when she asks what are they even doing here and he replies about how they’re on a date.

I read this in lockdown (it was excruciating waiting for chapters to come out😭😭) and rereading the whole series now that it's complete was such a great decision.... I forgot the BIGGEST crush I've had for Noah😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I LOVE THIS SERIES WITH MY WHOLE HEART
Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!! I absolutely loved the little snapshots of their future together!
As a whole, this series is super fun and amazing. Sure, it’s a little predictable in regard to Voldemort, but I ate that soap up! Fosho will read this series again!! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
loved this book and this series so much this was so sweet, cute and funny i love the characters so much i like seeing that their lives will forever continue onward together no matter their world he’ll always find her
