I was born in New Orleans and grew up loving all the delicious food the area is known for. I took it for granted until I began to travel as an adult and realized just how bland food was in many other areas of the country. I offer you one of my Easy Etouffee. I hope you find it easy to prepare and even easier to eat.

Etouffee
It's one recipe, but it is an easy and good tasting recipe. Cooking method hints are helpful. The cast iron pot was a good addition
