I liked this story. It was nothing special, just your standard dark, mysterious, rich guy falling for the independent and kindhearted h. Despite the title the H is not in the mafia and is a legitimate business man. He does have some sway with the mafia. There is some suspense and mystery with a satisfying ending.

I really loved this box set. It was a real page turner the characters were all well written can d the story very engaging. Will definitely be reading more of Angela Jordan's books .

Lets face it, I only read this for the Italian stud. The writing quality is only a 99cent quality book, with lots of plot and backstory told to us, e.g. She's been hurt before and has her own demons , um, didn't see that anywhere in the book, and a thin plot beyond the smex.
Didn't connect with the heroine at all, and the prose was predictable and cliched. Still, I'd be happy to dump Karen in the river and offer myself to Angelo instead.

For book lovers that want the instant love & sex connection then this is a 5 star book that has everything you look for.
I could not connect with the characters as I wanted to. There was no build up to their relationship. Their meeting for the first time & the instant love possessiveness was way to quick with no depth and that makes it hard for me to get lost in a book.

There are a lot of grammatical errors. But it does have a nice story line. One that can keep you guessing at times. Lots of sex. It's best if you get all the books in series, if not you will be left hanging at the end of each book. Overall enjoyable

I really enjoyed the Dark Angel: A Mafia Romance The Complete Box Set the Author did a real good job. The romance was very intresting. I couldn't put it down til i finshed all 4. Would love to read mor books from this author. Would recommend to my friends :)
