Excellent book on the psychology and the right state of mind to have while trading. Disclaimer : despite the word strategy in the title, this book will not teach you any patterns or any trading strategy, it deals with self-improvement to be in the right mind for trading. I have now read at least half a dozen books on trading and its psychology (mostly the classics that people recommend) and I have to admit that this is one of my favourite, mostly because I feel like there is a lot of information in it. The way I feel about most of the other books that I've read is that I was able to internalize/summarize/right down most of the information, and rereading them would be very quick as I can skip most parts. This book is different, as I am super excited to eventually reread most of it, to be sure I internalize all of it.

In any case, there is a ton of information in this book and exercises for self-improvement.

Great book - has many practical strategies which will enhance your mindset and trading performance. It's the type of book you might want to go back to and re-read periodically as some of the things mentioned can never be said enough!

A comprehensive tool kit design to enhance trading performance. The trader is left to discern how these tools are incorporated in their process, however.
