Heart Deep Teaching is a book every Bible teacher should read. His understanding of how people actually learn and his deep commitment to Scripture make this volume invaluable. I found Newton's writing style a bit laborious. But the book was well worth the effort.

Read for seminary. I enjoyed this book. It is very accessible for first time teachers and has a lot of good concepts.
