WOW!

WOW!

Wonderful read if you want to experience all the passions that make real life. For example, love of family, loyalty, honor, indecision, misplaced loyalty, feelings of inadequacy -- just the gamut of emotions.

Exciting

A great set of stories, all different and all exciting. A man who can't accept his child is different and a woman who shows him the way. A cousin who wants to be a better man but falls in love with the girl he wronged years ago. The youngest brother who wants to make his way in the world and a woman who adores him. The middle brother who wants a resort but at what cost, when a horrific storm hits. Love and loss, weddings and hospital stays, children and strong men with even stronger women. I loved it all.

Family

Strong Alpha males and the women who know how to deal with them. Each of the three brothers, and one cousin have had pretty much the strongest idea how the women in their lives should be, but each woman will put up with so much before fighting back.

Ms. Eckhart has a talent for sucking the reader into her books through her genius way of writing deep emotion and in this set of books she excels. For example - In Secrets, when Diana's adored and exhausted husband, Jed, falls from a ladder while working on the roof, she has a fight on her hands. His family flood to support them at the hospital but everyone has secrets. His doctors follow his instructions and they keep secrets. Worst of all, she finds their financial state is a mess and Jed had kept it all a secret. This emotional drama shows us how lives can be affected when families keep things from each other. I’ve read almost all of the books in this collection and am looking forward to the one’s still waiting. When a person finds an author who can keep her from turning off the light and getting the sleep she needs, then I’d say she’s a writer who deserves 5 stars.

Well, it was a ten-book box set, so I couldn't resist. Most of them were pretty good. I like the male characters more than the female characters. I couldn't figure out why they insisted on lying to each other. Just to create a situation in the story? It was okay, but not sure I would recommend to anyone who is really into a believable plot. I just kept reading to make sure they got rid of the bad guys.

Good Book

I love these books. Too, bad they don't make this into a tv series. Love the characters Andy and Laura. Jed and Dianna, and Andy other cousin's and their wives. This is a very good series. Read these book about 4 times each.
