I'm the author of the Element Preservers series, Human, the Tainted Elements series, the Deadly Destiny series, and the Elemental Earths series. I'm a big fan of paranormal romance, urban fantasy, dystopian and young adult fiction. Writing is my biggest passion, closely followed by reading and listening to music.

More grammatical errors. At times, it is sometimes difficult to read a line. However, I still want to find out what happens and continue to the end.

In this book, Ria is president of EP in place of her father and runs into all kinds of issues. Oliver wants to be president, Alan wants to be vice president, the board wants her to hand it over to her mother, and she learns she needs to go back to school to meet some rule to retain the presidency. She really wants to remain president because she hopes to be able to address the issues with the environment and for disease carriers too, and does not believe any of the others will help with both. In addition, Amaya is back and determined to harm Adrian, and Michael, although still wanting to contribute, is hostile (can't blame him given Ria did cheat on him). Lily confines Amaya and Michael decides to stay with her. A new character named Ryan, who was in the lab with Adrian, is also in the picture. He is helping Alan track down Adrian and Ria. Ryan happens to be a disease carrier who does not have an element or a sub-element. The group is not sure if they can trust him, but he would rather join them than end up back in the lab. Paula likes him, but of course she cannot have a relationship with him without risking her element. As for Paula, she is working with the scientists on the several of their initiatives. Cassandra appears to be someone who knows more than she says as it relates to carriers and possible cures, but cannot recall it. Potential mind wipe?

Ria and Adrian finally have the talk about their relationship. A terrorist group of carriers causes more issues for all carriers and results in Ria killing the leader, then having nightmares about all of the deaths. She is still not in control of her elements and actually becoming too dependent on Adrian to calm her. As such, Lily mandates that they need to separate. This will happen when Ria goes back to University sans Adrian.

Now we have to wait for book 4 to see what happens. I do enjoy the story, but hope this does not turn into more than 4 books.

Perhaps it is just me, but at times, the book seemed to really get on my nerves. The storyline seemed to jump around a lot. It was ok, but definitely not the best book I have ready of late. It also did not help that the formatting on my ebook did not show the breaks in the story (like chapters). It was basically one paragraph after another. I definitely think that added to my confusion.
