Think of this book as a spiritual vitamin. It's well-meaning, but doesn't contain enough substance on its own to fortify you completely. I think if someone is vulnerable enough to be strung along, he or she is going to need more of a kick in the pants than this book will provide. I was expecting much more for the price.

Note to Kindle users: The formatting for this book is kinda funky, but readable. The table of contents can't be reached from the Kindle's menu.
