Syrup the ultimate recipe guide by Encore Publishing
Table of contents were recipes are listed, NOT in any specific order.
Each recipe starts with a title and prep and cook and ready in time, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs; low fat, low sugar, low sodium and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and there are NO pictures, NO nutritional information.
Love the different flavors and know I can also drizzle them on baked goods, donuts and ice cream and breakfast items.
Offer of free ebooks is listed at the end.

Some interesting recipes

I found a few interesting recipes here, and I appreciate the variety of flavors. However, there were spelling errors and typos (yes, recipe books should be proofread and edited, too), and one of the recipes was measured in grams, while the rest were in cups, suggesting that not all of these recipes are the author's own recipes, which is okay, but consistency and the application of a uniform format is the sign of a well and thoroughly planned book.

So many delicious ways to make syrup

If maple syrup is not making your pancakes or waffles happy, this cookbook is your answer. It is full of breakfast syrups, dessert syrups, and fruit syrups. It has something for everyone. The recipes are easy to follow and inexpensive. Most are pantry ready.
None suggestion is photos, they give us, the cook, the confidence in ourselves and the finished product.
Thanks for the wonderful recipes!
