I give this book 3.5 stars. The content is good and there are plenty of examples showing "before" and "after" so it's easy to understand how to apply the guidance. However, anything internet-related will become outdated. I think it's more practical to read a good grammar book and Steve Krug's book, "Don't Make Me Think," which provides classic advice on web usability.
