This is a short but fascinating and super sexy read. The story is told from Felicity's (1st person) POV. Though this isn't my favorite type of narrative, it's works very well for this story.
Readers tag along as Felicity is at The Matchbox, a bar, where she is waiting for Alexandria to show up. Alex has been meeting her there every Thursday for the past 2 months and Felicity is starting to fall hard for this mysterious 'woman'. Except Alex is more than just a simple human. Felicity doesn't know what she is but she's too far gone to care. All she wants is Alex.
Though very short, the author keeps you turning those pages and leaves you with one hell of a cliffhanger, so make sure to have book 2 ready to read.
Hot sex with some angst and mystery thrown in, this book is a great read for paranormal & supernatural erotica fans.

This quick and steamy read may leave you confused, but probably wanting more. The pace is fast, and the two girls certainly enjoy each others company, even if it is only on Thursdays! The initial hint of the paranormal, and the events of the last few pages surely mean there is more to come … I will be watching out for it.

Consumed is a short intense story. The action starts with page 1 and there is no confession as to what Felicity wants, Alex on the other hand is a mystery. There are hints though that Alex is more than she appears. I would love to see this short story expanded into a full novel as I can see it.

Felicity is looking for that special someone and thinks she's found it when she meets up with Alex. Alex is beautiful, polished, and obviously rich and Felicity can't help but be aroused when she's around. After 2 months of sexual interludes Alex tries to dump Felicity, but Felicity has a hard time accepting it. After some drama at a local club she is once again with Felicity, but due to some mega drama from Alex' past she may end up regretting being with her in the first place.
This was a first for me in the F/F story but it is well written and contains some erotic scenes that were hot. It's a very short novelette, but leaves the reader with a cliffhanger. I liked it and am going to read the next book soon.

This was the first F/F story I have ever read, and I just loved it. It was very hot! I think the characters and plot are well developed. This book will leaving you panting for part 2.

What you will find In Consumed is a lustful haze that lingers throughout the read that tantalizes the senses. This is a quick erotic female/female read that is book one in a three book series. I really haven’t had a chance to read much in this genre, but I am pleasantly surprised and more than pleased I was given the chance to devour this read. It is definitely earned every bit of the 4.5 stars.
The main characters are Felicity and Alex. From page one they come to life and begin to blossom in the depths of your mind leaving you begging for more. Felicity wants Alex more and more with each encounter. Alex is mysterious and draws life from the steamy encounters her and Felicity have.
The story is just budding. I can’t help but feel this was a prequel to an amazing story that is beginning to unravel. With that said… Yes, you are left with a cliffhanger. Dang you Felicia Fox! However, guess what? The series is now complete and published.
So what are you waiting for? Grab yourself a copy. Whether you are trying something new or just need another steamy book in your collection, you don’t want to pass this one up. First let me just say that I have never read anything like this before and honestly didn't know how I'd feel about the whole girl on girl romance scenario, but it turns out to be every flavor of erotica sexy!
The story opens up with action from the very beginning with Felicity waiting at the Matchbox bar on the usual Thursday to meet Alexandria, who is her very beautiful, sophisticated lover, who unbeknownst to Felicity is a half human, half succubus that draws her life force (feeds) from her lovers.
The cast of characters become well developed as this story unfolds into a beautiful but potentially dangerous and forbidden love affair. The twists and the completely unexpected cliffhanger at the end says that this is only the beginning....

General: Oh my goodness this book is steamy from start to finish. It's my first f/f read and Felicia Fox did an outstanding job with drawing me into something new and holding my attention. I wish it was longer! The book had a great pace and took the time to develop the twists and turns that we briefly get introduced to between the pair, even though its a short read. I can't write too much more because it's a quick read and I could accidentally give something away!
Characters: Felicia- Felicia was a fun character because we are with her so much. She's nervous and daring all at once and you can see the passion bloom and grow - along with the curiosity. She was great from the beginning!
Alex- Alex had me questioning her for a bit. She was almost too mysterious for me at the beginning but as the book began to get into it everything made perfect sense and I think I liked her the best of the two!

This is a short and sexy story. Felicity is falling in love with the woman Alex she meets for a Thursday night hook up. Alex tried to end things but she just can't and wants to mark Felicity as hers. Fair warning just as things start to get interesting it ends in a cliffhanger. Now to dive into the second part to find out what happens.

3 stars. Okay, very interesting and sexy first part to this series. Felicity and Alex both seem interesting and their chemistry is seriously hot so I'm intrigued enough to want to continue on and see what happens next.

Felicity is falling in love with the other worldly being named Alex. Alex is attempting to say goodbye. Neither really wants to end what they have, but there is something behind Alex needing to leave.
I rather enjoyed this short story. It was sexy and interesting and made me want more. I want to know how Felicity and Alex came to meet for the first time, where they are going and more about the story in general.
The end leaves us in quite an open spot, cliff hanger of sorts. Although there is a few times where the wording threw me off like 'This blazing energy that I keep locked inside of me, that I have fought so hard to not expose just surged through me.' I don't think that's really how someone would explain powers that they have.
However, I can't wait to jump into the next part of the series and see where it goes.

Consumed was quite the intense introduction to Felicity and Alex! They’ve been dating for two months now and Felicity is starting to fall hard for her mysterious lover. Well, dating is probably not the right word, given that they only meet for a night of sex once a week. But it’s mind-blowing, and Felicity notices that Alex literally glows when they’re in the throes of passion. She can also tell that Alex isn’t quite what she seems.
I quite enjoyed Consumed. It’s super, duper short, being the first part of this serial. It’s more sex than anything, which is just fine with me! Alex is definitely an alpha female! There is a small drama in the middle, but it’s quickly resolved, but then….there’s a cliffhanger ending! On to part two!

This book is one steamy ready meets. Felicity meets Alex every Thursday night at a small local bar called, appropriately, Matchbox. They always end up with the hottest girl on girl sex I have ever read. But it definitely not on the porn rag side, but more lover like. Felicity never questions the glowing of Alexandria’s skin each time orgasm is achieved, though it is in the back of her mind. Then after four months Alex suddenly breaks it off. Felicity tries to except this by going out again, but when Alex sees he dancing with a male, her possessive nature comes forward. The author, Felicia Fox, leaves you wanting more after the WTF cliffhanger ending. I can’t wait to read Book 2, Captive, in this Consumed series. If you love erotic fantasy you will love this book.

Reading this book will have you overheating! ;-) But, seriously, I was hooked! I couldn't put it down. The characters are amazing. This is the first book that I've read, where there is girl on girl love. I have to say, Felicia Fox is AMAZING! Love her writing style and pace of the book. This series is my all time favorite! :-)

A hot read with a lot of intensities and mysteries.
It is quite short, but I love every parts of it.
The main character is likable as well, even though readers only see a little bit of her in this short story. .
Alex is not human, and the ending is quite a cliffhanger. This author's F/F works never disappoint me, and it always leaves me wanting more.

We meet Felicity and Alex as they meet each other in a bar. There's something about Alex that's different, but we're not exactly sure what it is. Felicity has the best sex of her life but is left wanting so much more. The reader is also left wanting more, which comes in Book two. 4 out of 5

This is a short story of girl on girl - very HOT - very INTENSE - all I can say is WOW. Felicity and Alexandria make this story awesome. Find out how even after Alexandria calls it off she just can't stay away.

I love short stories and this is a great one. Love the paranormal twist, the consuming romance, and the good writing. As long as you're okay with explicit sex, this is highly recommended. It's a fun read. Yes, I'll be needing book two!
