Stan and Jan Berenstain (often called The Berenstains) were American writers and illustrators best known for creating the children's book series the Berenstain Bears. Their son Mike Berenstain joined them as a creative team in the late 1980s.

Recent read aloud selection with Mr. Five. He LOVES the Berenstain Bears picture books, so I thought he'd enjoy this chapter book. It was just OK. It doesn't have the same magic the our old 80s and 90s collection of picture books has.

I thought it was funny when professor actual factual told the robot to catch Ralph Ripoff in the green suit;the robot ripped off Ralph's suit. In the end the robot gets so overheated that it blows up,then they bury it outside.
