宮崎正勝对于中国历史了解要多于日本历史。泛泛了解日本饮食历史,缺乏深度和结构。

這本書非常有趣。就文字來說,讀起來不會有太多的障礙;看完之後,會一次性地對許多食物的來歷有了更深一層的認識。值得注意的是,日本的食物多半有來源眾說紛紜的現象,讀的時候可能要確認一下前後文、自己找一些補充文獻看看,才能確保正確的理解。
