It has some good phrases and wording for positive reinforcement. I liked the advice it gave on co parenting. It says it is aimed for younger kids and there are sections that are but for the most part the advice can be used on any age child. Who couldn't use some patience, empathy and communication? :) I didn't like how it left spanking open to interpretation, it flat out said yelling and guilt trips were wrong so I don't know why it didn't follow through with it when it came to spankings. They sure aren't positive. Overall though it gave some good insights.
