I'm not sure why this book has "revolutionary" in it's title. I have read many health and fitness books and it basically confirmed a lot of what I already knew. There was a lot of information that in my opinion was not necessary and the presentation of this information was burdensome to read. however, I did enjoy the vivid pictures with the descriptions of the recommended exercises and the breakdown of recommended foods.
