The five Alliance families, led by the evil JoeDavid, have an elaborate network of criminal activities that sucks blood-stained money from this small town. His cronies control every criminal activity in the town. I. V., leads a right-wing Militia disguised as Confederate re-enactors, and runs a prostitution ring. Bobs, the state representative and legal whiz, works with Porky and Pat the rest of this criminal element to deal in drugs and illegal betting in this slice of southern Americana However, the Alliance’s heavy-handed control of their activities, brings them into conflict with Rose Ann Martin, a former resident of the community, who has just returned. The resulting struggle between the incestuous Pentagram Alliance and Rose is full of twists and unexpected drama.
