Gave a clear and concise over view of main points in this theory about understanding change and adaptability to life and work. Great for organizations to understand.

I've read this several times since I had to read it in college. I've changed so much since then. This book makes you realise what's important in life and how to deal with change.

Uses entertaining, clever metaphors that help the reader identify signs of change and relate to characters in the book. The author uses these characters to categorize and exemplify typical human behavior in reaction to change, suggesting that most people act like one of the four characters.

The author also suggests that, in an organizational framework, the best way to harness the power of these characters is to have them work together to support one another identifying, adapting to, and supervising inevitable and omnipotent change. Meanwhile, those who are slow or unwilling to adapt should be coaxed to do so our ousted to reduce “drag” on the rest of the organization.

About an 1.5 hour simple, fast-paced read for me.

A good eye opener!

It opened my eyes to the positive possibilities of change. I'm not afraid, but instead look forward to change after reading this book.

A book about changing your perspectives and motivations. When I saw the video for this, I was inspired by the quotes that Hem writes on the walls. I think you can read through these sayings and get most of what the book is trying to say. Even though the movie was old and poorly animated, I loved it and thought about it over the years. I guess the video got it pretty well, because when I read the book, it was almost identical as I remember. The one thing that I didn't like about the book is how campy the characters talking about it seem. It is a quick and easy read for anyone who needs or wants to be more flexible.

Sometimes this cheese is good for that time, but another cheese may be better if I do not try. Therefore, try to do another cheese is a good idea to understand another aspect in the life which i do not know. But always keep our enthusiasm and keep our purpose to the end of the success way!!
