Jacobs anthologises Jewish Mystical Testimonies, as the title indicates, he does a good job of going quite wide and incorporating Jewish mystical individuals and moments that one may not have thought to include.

A sweeping collection of mystical testimonies throughout Jewish history. Very helpful notes by Jacobs, a major Jewish scholar.
