unusually good writing for this genre
I feel very irritated with many stories in this genre, which are often short, lacking in believable characters or plausible plotlines and riddled with editorial errors, usually out of ignorance, not slip ups.
This book is what one ought to expect when paying for someone's writing, and I will look for more stories by this author.

August 7, 2022Even though this is a book of short stories, it manages to have an overall theme of "change", which knits the stories together. Lots of imaginative situations with lots of good characterizations.

Very odd but liked it!!

I really enjoyed all four short stories, though the final one was half of the book and not that short.
